By paying for and attending our group classes you are agreeing to our terms and conditions:
Absence and Cancellations - If you cannot attend a class for any reason, unfortunately it cannot be refunded. If your class teacher has to cancel the group for any reason you will be notified by email or text as soon as possible. In this case, refunds will be given in the form of a discount on the following term, or an immediate refund to your bank account if you request this option.
Notice Period - Please give at least half a term's notice if you wish to discontinue your lessons. This gives time for the schedule or classes to be adjusted if needed, to tailor the curriculum, and to allow anyone on the waiting list to take up a space in a full class. If you give less than a half term's notice please note that the rest of that half term will still be chargeable.
